Brief
An element of my Senior Designer role at That Lot was to proactively look at improving our processes, workflow and culture within the design team.

Solution
I created an extensive Design Team Handbook to educate new and existing staff about our processes and core values which has now become an integral element of the onboarding process. I was also involved in the development of our internal design challenges and agency social content. Always looking for ways in which we can develop and grow as designers away from client work.
