Brief
To help raise awareness of children living in poverty in the UK, by supporting the Food Foundation in re-imagining the 1978 Labour Isn’t Working campaign artwork.
Solution
To create a composition which closely aligned with the visual approach of the 1978 design. With a small client budget I used a mix of stock imagery and generative AI to create the vast queue of children. Each child was cut out and composited in with individual shadows added to ground them into the scene. The banner was used in a demonstration outside parliament drawing national coverage.
